Properties£º | Grey, bluish green or pale purple solid. It is deliquescent and absorbs water vapor from the air. It forms potassium carbonate upon the absorption of carbon dioxide. Potassium hydroxide releases heat upon dissolution in water and becomes a strong alkali solution; highly corrosive. |

Package£º | Solid Potassium Hydroxide is packed in steel drums with a net content of 200kg. Potassium Hydroxide flakes are packaged in steel drums with a net content of 100kg; or in woven polypropylene bag coupled with an interior polyethylene bag. Plastic bag option has a net content of 25 kg or 50 kg. Liquid Potassium Hydroxide is packaged in glazed steel/stainless steel/carbon steel tanks or high density polyethylene tanks. |
